Panel access

Customers get their own Pelican account by email after checkout to start, stop, manage files, and view their server.

Clean address

Each server can receive an Exaltry subdomain with Minecraft SRV records, so players can join without typing a port.

Backups included

Two backup slots are included to keep recovery simple during the beta.

Server type choice

The configurator automatically sets up Vanilla, Paper, Purpur, Fabric, or Forge. Compare Paper and Vanilla, or compare Fabric and Forge before choosing.

Discord support

Discord is used for setup questions, incidents, and community support after the server is delivered.

Is this ready for large public networks?

Not yet. Exaltry is starting with Minecraft hosting for small communities while capacity, monitoring, and support processes are proven.

Can customers install plugins or mods?

Choose Vanilla, Paper, Purpur, Fabric, or Forge for automatic setup. Simple Voice Chat is optional on Paper, Purpur, and Fabric; Fabric API is included with Fabric. Forge includes legacy releases where an official installer is available, with compatible mods uploaded through your panel. No manual approval is needed. Other packs and existing worlds can be uploaded after purchase, with support available if you need help.

What happens if I need help?

Server credentials are delivered by email after checkout. Discord is used for setup help and incidents. Billing, cancellation, refund, and account questions can go to [email protected].
